Foiled again.

Himself has very specific tastes. He knows what he likes, and what he doesn't.

He likes his round cushion, which I got for $3 in a discount bin.
He LOVES his boxes, which are pretty much free.

He likes his $5 basket, especially when it's lined with crinkly paper.

What he doesn't like, apparently, is the $45 crinkly cat hole.

I shoulda known better.

  1. LOL Star sleeps in a box lid, it was free of course.

(by the way, I post as Star on GP, just in case you didn't know who I am hehe)

  2. Maybe. I think he can sense that I care if he likes it. Himself isn't too keen on accommodating anybody else; even his loyal feeder.

I'm trying out putting it somewhere high. Maybe the location of the cat hole is important.

(Hey Christine! Good to see you. Thanks for the head's up about your GP name; it would have taken me a bit to figure it out. )

  3. Janice Country Cat loved her crinkly cat hole! I think it is all about location. She always wanted it in the hall by the bathroom so she could scare the sh#! out of me when I came out. Himself is just being frugal 'cause of all that fancy shmancy wet food you had to buy. That picture of Winter on the cushion is sweet!
