Details

The day after the workout of your life - when your sides hurt so badly that you needed to lean on your dog in order to get out of bed - you might be tempted to take shortcuts when getting dressed. It may seem as though a skirt would be easier to get into than a pair of pants. That's probably true. However, I'd recommend thinking long and hard about having to get into the control top pantyhose before you decide to go with the skirt.

But I am an old lady that is way over the hill and other than my 3 mile a day walk at a little faster than snail pace that will have to do! You are young and need to take care of yourself!
