Hot

It's hot outside, and somebody doesn't like it.  He parked himself beside the fan as soon as I came home and turned it on.

... and he's still there a couple of hours later...

I think it's safe to say that he's fairly aptly named.

  1. I think he's all cool, actually, matching the fan and the dresser and whatnot.

  2. Awwwww! Winter is lots smarter than me. He wasn't out running around in 98 degree heat buying corn for Miss M, the turkey, and trying to find Smart Balance butter-like spray! Love the picture of Winter curled up.

  3. We could sure take lessons from these calmer members of the family! Lay under the fan, expend no needless energy. After all that's why they have staff (us).

  5. He's so beautiful!

My mom had a pure white cat that was deaf. I've heard that a lot of white cats are. Can he hear?

  6. Yes, he can hear. I've heard the same about cats that are all white, especially males. Luckily, Winter wasn't born all white. He had a grey smudge on his head for the first 4-5 months. I will say, though, that he's playful as all heck, and crazy as a loon. I hear that's also a white cat trait.
